The Sunny Health & Fitness SF-RB4601 and SF-RB4602 are both ergonomically designed for comfort, with lots of adjustability for different user height/sizes to give the best fit possible.

The large padded seat on each recumbent bike has a backrest for support and offers a relaxed reclined seating position.  The seat is easily adjustable with the seat adjustment handle, while the frame is also adjustable and the non-slip pedals have adjustable safety straps.

Both the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-RB4601 and SF-RB4602 are constructed with a sturdy frame with a walk-through design to make it easy to mount and dismount the seat.

The solid design of both bikes allows for a higher user weight capacity over most other recumbent bikes at these low price points.  Here is where these 2 bikes differ – the Sunny SF-RB4601 offers a user weight capacity of up to 300 lbs, whereas the Sunny SF-RB4602 allows for up to 350 lbs.  Comparing this to other entry-level recumbent bikes, most others only allow for up to 220 or 250 lbs, so both these bikes allow for extended weight capacity.

Both LCD screens display time, speed, distance, calories and pulse.  Both the bikes feature hand grip pulse heart-rate sensors in the handlebars at the side of the seat.

Summary:

Recumbent exercise bikes offer a low-impact form of exercise that’s easier on your joints over many other types of exercise.  The ease-of-use and comfortable laid-back feel of recumbent bikes make them one of the best forms of exercise to stick with in the longer term, helping you to reach your fitness goals.

Recumbent exercise bikes are ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels and are particularly useful for people who are new to exercise or people who are recovering from injury but have been advised to exercise in a low-impact way.

The Sunny Health & Fitness SF-RB4601 and SF-RB4602 have a compact design, making them ideal for home use without taking up much space.  There’s nothing complicated about them but they are solidly built and will give you as good a workout as you want.  They are comfortable to use and operate fairly quietly so you can watch TV or listen to music as you cycle without having to turn the sound up!

There’s a slight difference in the overall dimensions of these 2 recumbent bike (see table above), but the main differences come down to the user weight capacity and the size of the LCD screen.  Both bikes offer a higher weight capacity (see table above) than a typical entry-level bike.

If you don’t need the extra weight capacity of the SF-RB4602 and are not bothered about the larger display screen, then opt for the Sunny SF-RB4601 – it utilizes the same belt-drive system and magnetic resistance system as the SF-RB 4602 – and will save you some hard earned $$s!

The extra-capacity of the Sunny SF-RB4602 is ideal for the larger person plus you get the added bonus of the larger screen - and this bike is still a steal at this low price point!

N.B.  It’s advisable to consult your doctor or health care professional if you are new to exercise or if you have any concerns regarding your health and fitness regime.
