The commercial-quality Assault AirBike Elite and Assault Air Bike Classic are high-quality air fan exercise bikes built to withstand intensive training and suitable for both home and gym use.

The Assault AirBike Elite and Assault AirBike Classic are designed with HIIT interval training in mind, engaging both the upper and lower body for a super effective total-body workout.

Utilizing air / wind resistance with a 25” steel fan-wheel, the Assault AirBikes effectively allow for unlimited resistance that puts you in total control of your workout – simply pedal faster to increase the resistance!

The Assault AirBike Elite is the up-graded model of the original AirBike Classic, and as such offers several improvements in design, features and specifications including:  a new monitor with an improved LCD screen, Comp Mode, Rest and Work LEDs; an integrated removable windshield (the AirBike Classic does not come with a windshield although you can purchase one separately); multiple position handgrips on its moving handlebars (the AirBike Classic has single handgrips); an ISIS splined crank system (compared to the Classic’s square-tapered crank system); an enhanced commercial steel frame.

The Assault AirBike Elite is also slightly bigger and heavier than the original AirBike Classic and supports a higher user weight capacity of 350 lbs compared to 300 lbs on the Classic.  (See full features and specifications compared in the tables below.)

The Assault AirBike Elite and Classic come with different fitness monitors but both offer a variety of programs including HIIT intervals and target programs for time, distance, calories and heart rate.  Both consoles display motivating workout stats such as time, speed, distance, RPM, Watts, calories and heart-rate.

The Assault AirBike Elite comes with a wider sports saddle compared to the Classic but both seats are fully adjustable, i.e. up, down, forwards and backwards for a custom fit for different users.

Additional features on both the Assault AirBike Elite and Classic include:  mobile phone holder integrated into console; all-metal design pedals that can be operated forwards or backwards; stationary footrest pegs to isolate an upper body workout; sealed cartridge bearings in pivot/moving parts for long-lasting durability; chain drive for an authentic feel; steel frame; corrosion resistant design; and front-mounted transport wheels for easy relocation.

Both the Assault AirBike Elite and Classic are self-powered so you don’t have to worry about finding a space near a power socket.  (The LCD monitor operates on 2x AA batteries, included.)

Reflecting the high-quality and long-lasting durability of these air fan exercise bikes, both the Assault AirBike Elite and Classic come with a commercial warranty, although the warranty differs between the two bikes (see details for each indicated in the tables below).

Walk, jog or run with ZERO impact to the body with the Octane Fitness ZR8 and Octane Fitness ZR7 Zero Runners.

Uniquely designed, the Octane Fitness ZR8 and ZR7 Zero Runners feature innovative hip and knee joints that replicate a natural stride motion (up to 58” stride length) that fully engages your glute and hamstrings for increased results without the impact traditionally associated with running outside or on a treadmill.

In addition, both the Octane Fitness ZR8 and ZR7 Zero Runner machines feature moving handlebars to work your upper body.

The ZR8 is Octane’s premium Zero Runner machine with several upgrades in design/features over the ZR7 for improved performance.  The main differences between the ZR8 and ZR7 include:

·         The ZR8 is constructed with aircraft-grade aluminum legs and lightweight pedals for ultra smooth motion
·         The ZR8’s pedal spacing is narrower than the ZR7 to bring your feet closer together – 1.4” on the ZR8 compared to 2” on the ZR7
·         The ZR8 has 2 sets of handles - moving handlebars with contoured-grips (the ZR7 has standard-grip moving handlebars) plus the ZR8 has the addition of Performance Grips to focus on added core stability and which replicate the natural arm motion you use outside with traditional running
·         The ZR8 has a rubber non-slip step while the ZR7 has a standard step (both have a low step-up height of 5.2”)
·         The ZR8 comes with a Bluetooth 4.0 / ANT+ heart-rate chest strap while the ZR7 comes with a Polar heart-rate chest strap (although both machines feature digital contact sensors and are Polar, ANT+ and Bluetooth 4.0 compatible)

Zero Runner's console
The Octane Fitness ZR8 and ZR7 Zero Runners come with the same console, offering 4 built-in programs, Quick Start and Cool Down options, plus SmartLink compatibility for a great range of additional training programs and online fitness tracking.

The SmartLink app is available on iTunes and offers customized training programs based on an individual’s specific goals including endurance, strength and active recovery.

Workouts available through the SmartLink app include:  14 Endurance programs, race training, marathons, pace intervals; 12 Tone up programs, strength training, target muscle groups; and 10 Active recovery programs, flexibility, Run+, balance.  The app is also compatible with select Garmin smartwatches so you can track data from both indoor sessions and outdoor runs on one training log.

In addition, you can also monitor the health of your stride with SmartLink’s unique Stride Tracing technology.  As you walk, jog or run, Stride Tracing allows you to see how your stride length changes as you fatigue, allowing you to adjust your form and correct imbalances for greater consistency throughout your workout.

For increased results, you can incorporate strength training into your cardio workout with the free set of resistance bands that come with both the ZR8 and ZR7.  These bands can be attached to different connection points on the Zero Runner machines (7 connection points) for Cross Circuit training.

Additional features of the Octane Fitness ZR8 and ZR7 Zero Runner machines include a media rack, water bottle holder and transport wheels.

Sturdily constructed, the Octane Fitness ZR8 and ZR7 Zero Runners allow for a high user weight capacity of up to 300 lbs.

The WaterRower Rowing Machines are high-quality rowers, designed to emulate the dynamics of a boat moving through water for a true authentic rowing experience in the comfort of your own home or gym.

Beautifully designed, most of the WaterRowers are hand-crafted in solid premium hardwood (sourced from replenished forests), stained in a choice of colors and finished in Danish Oil to give it a deep lustre.

Premium hardwood construction is chosen because it absorbs sound and vibration, providing a quiet and smooth workout – you’ll just hear the gentle “whooshing” sound of the water as you row just as you would with real water rowing.

WaterRower Rowing Machines’ water flywheel system comprises of 2 paddles in an enclosed water tank that offers self-regulated resistance, i.e. drag is increased by paddling faster for harder resistance or paddle slower for less resistance.  The amount of water in the tank also affects the intensity/resistance of the workout.

WaterRowers are virtually maintenance-free with no moving parts to wear out and even the recoil belt and pulleys require no maintenance or lubrication.

WaterRower S4 Monitor, image
WaterRower S4 Monitor
Most of the WaterRowers come with an S4 Performance Monitor so you can track your progress as you workout.  The S4 Monitor includes 6 information and programming windows, 6 Quick Selection buttons and 3 Navigation buttons.  Motivating workout stats displayed on the S4 include intensity, stroke rate, heart-rate (wireless chest-strap compatible), zone bar, duration, distance and Watts.

Some of the WaterRowers are available with Hi-Rise attachments that raise the Rowing Machine by around an extra 8” off the ground to make it easier to get on and off the seat.

The seat/rail system on the WaterRowers can differ with some of them constructed with a dual rail system while others are constructed with a Mono rail system.

For convenience, all the WaterRowers can be stored upright to save space when not in use without having to empty out the water from the tank!

All the WaterRowers are sturdily constructed, with some of them supporting an extended user weight capacity of up to 1000 lbs (see specifications listed for each WaterRower below).

Let’s take a look at the most popular WaterRowers Rowing Machines below:
