The Bowflex Revolution Home Gym offers a total body workout with a great variety of over 100 gym-quality exercises to tone and strengthen all the major muscles groups of the body.

The Bowflex Revolution Home Gym duplicates virtually every exercise from your local gym machine with resistance adjustable from between 10 and 220 lbs (upgradable to 300 lbs).
