See what customers who have bought either the Sunny Twister Stepper with Handle Bar or the Sunny Health & Fitness Twister Stepper with Resistance Bands have to say about them:
G.J.:
“I bought the Sunny Twister Stepper with Handle Bar and it works good for me. I’m in my 60’s and a bit out of shape and this stepper gives me a good workout. You might want a more challenging stepper if you’re already in good shape and want a really good workout. This Stepper was easy to assemble, it’s sturdy and it’s easy to adjust the tension. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want too much of a challenging workout.
D.H.:
“The Sunny Twister Stepper with Handle Bar is great for stability. I assembled it in around just 20 minutes. I think it’s a wonder Stepper, I love it! At first, I thought it was too easy but after a minute or two you start to feel it in your legs. This Stepper looks more expensive than it actually was.”
S.D.:
“The Sunny Health & Fitness Twister Stepper with Resistance Bands is a useful bit of equipment. I was surprised it made me sweat! So far, I’m managing around 10 minutes at a time on it. I have a knee problem and this Stepper seems to be easier on my knees than other exercise. I love the fact that it’s a small piece of equipment, yet heavy-duty. Took just seconds to put the 2 parts together. Great Stepper!”
D.B.:
“I’ve had the Sunny Health & Fitness Twister Stepper with Resistance Bands for around a month so far. I use it mainly while watching TV to do something healthy. Of course, it’s not like the big machines at the gym but it does get my heart racing and is good enough. It works well for me, giving my quads a good workout too. (If you want a true glut workout, then the Stair Climber at the gym or performing squats would be better.) You can control the amount of twisting action and it does take your body into the direction of the twist. The timer truly times your workouts – it will stop when you stop and start again when you start stepping again.”
E.M.:
“The Sunny Health & Fitness Twister Stepper with Resistance Bands is perfect for me. I’m a busy person with little spare time, so I bought this Stepper to use in my lunch breaks at work. I tuck it away under my desk when not using it. It gives a really nice workout, gets my heart rate up and I can feel it in my legs and butt muscles. I actually got to a point where I had to put the resistance bands down because I couldn’t take anymore in my arms! I was a bit concerned about whether balancing on this Stepper would be a problem, but it’s not, you kind of get into a natural stride with it. This might not suit a keen gym goer but I’m not in great shape and this is just right for me.”
N.B. It’s always advisable to consult your doctor or health care professional before undertaking any new exercise regime.
