The XLS Trainer is Total Gym’s top of the range model, offering an upgraded comfort system with better padding on the glide board over previous models. In addition, the Total Gym XLS features a new pulley and cable system, and an improved squat stand. Accessories included with the Total Gym XLS will help to add new dimensions to your workouts, including a leg pull accessory to help work your quads and hamstrings, flexible nylon straps handles, a wing attachment to help tone your back and arm muscles.
Total Gyms were originally built for rehabilitation centers to help people recovering from physical injuries. With this in mind, the Total Gym XLS Trainer’s comfortable padded glide board with head rest offers superb support for the back, and the smooth gliding motion is easy on the joints.
