See what other customers who have bought the Marcy Olympic Strength Cage SM-3551 have to say about it:
D.B.:
“The Marcy SM-3551 is designed for beginners, not for heavy loads or heavy use. Having said that, this rack is the most economical I have found on the market and is designed well enough to last for years. This rack works well with 7ft Olympic bars, standard cable attachments (limited swivel angle) and benches. Make sure you lube the cable system.”
S.N.:
“Only problem with this for me is that it doesn’t come with a safety rack, as I tend to bench home alone.”
A.T.:
“I love the Marcy Olympic Strength Cage. It took me all afternoon to assemble it, but I did it by myself. This is a sturdy well-constructed unit and is ideal for non-competitive weight lifters. My physical trainer friends also think it’s good for the price and utility. Overall, this provides best function and performance for the cost.”
E.D.:
“The Marcy SM3551 is perfect if you haven’t got a large area for a home gym. It has pretty much all you need to get started. I love that you can do so many different exercises with this. It was very easy to assemble but needs at least 2 people to do it. It’s very sturdy to use and does not wobble. I would recommend this to anyone who would rather have a gym at home than have to go out to a commercial gym.”
