NordicTrack Fusion CST with iFit & Portal 10i HD Touchscreen Tablet |
On-demand workouts feature Live Interactive Training with Trainer Control (trainer-led resistance) as elite iFit trainers digitally auto-adjust the Fusion CST’s resistance in real time (eliminates pauses as you don’t have to stop to adjust the resistance yourself!) for optimal results. The iFit trainers motivate and support you throughout your workout.
There’s a wide range of programs to choose from to keep your workouts varied including: beginner, cardio, fat-burning, toning, strength training, studio sessions, HIIT training, bootcamp, cross training and more!
The NordicTrack Fusion CST comes with a Portal 10i HD Touchscreen Tablet for iFit connectivity as well as an iFit Bluetooth chest strap for accurate heart-rate monitoring that helps you to keep within your own target heart-rate zone.
To keep you motivated, the NordicTrack Fusion CST’s iFit tracks and displays real-time performance stats including heart-rate, resistance, and power output.
As an alternative to working out with the iFit, you can perform manual workouts on the NordicTrack Fusion CST and change the resistance level yourself with a simple touch of a button, putting you in total control of your workout.
Continuous workout stats will be displayed on the Fusion CST’s advanced console including heart-rate, resistance, watts and watts meter. After you’ve finished your workout, the console will display the total calories you burned during your workout as well as the average maximum power output in watts of your workout.
