The Bowflex SelectTech ST 552 Adjustable Dumbbells (pair) does away with the need for a whole rack of dumbbells taking up precious space!

Each Bowflex ST 552 Adjustable Dumbbell replaces 15 pairs of traditional dumbbells and utilize a unique and easy-to-use selection dial system to adjust the dumbbell – simply turn the end dials to select the desired weight you wish to lift.

This unique system enables you to switch quickly and easily from one exercise to the next and the metal plates encased in durable molding construction provides a smooth and quiet lift.

Each Bowflex SelectTech ST 552 Adjustable Dumbbell can be adjusted from 5 lbs up to 52.5 lbs (in 2.5 lb increments up to the first 25 lbs).  The full range of weight settings are:  5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5, 20, 22.5, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 52.5 lbs.

The Bowflex SelectTech ST 552 Adjustable Dumbbells are compatible with the FREE Bowflex SelectTech training app on both iOS and Android, and offer versatile workouts for all the major muscle groups of the body including your legs, abs, chest, back, shoulders and arms.
