·         24 magnetic resistance levels (the 1000 only has 8)

Both the Exerpeutic Exerwork 2000i and 1000 Desk Exercise Bikes feature a large fully-adjustable desktop, measuring around 24” wide by 16” deep and can easily accommodate a laptop and can support up to 44 lbs in item weight.  The desktop also features a handy storage drawer, two cup holders and a soft-foam durable arm-rest to support your wrists/arms as you work.

A 2.5” LCD display screen sits in the centre of the Exerwork 2000i and 1000 desktop’s armrest and displays motivating workout stats such as Time, Speed, Distance, Odometer, Scan, and Calories Burned.  The Exerwork 2000i’s monitor is powered by an AC adapter whereas the 1000’s is battery operated.

The Exerpeutic Exerwork 2000i and 1000 Desk Exercise Bike’s large seat is adjustable for different user heights from 5ft 1” up to 6ft 3” tall.  The seat itself measures around 15” wide by 11” long and features comfortable 2.5” thick AirSoft cushioning that allows air to breathe through the fabric.  The seat also features a cushioned backrest for added comfort.  The Exerwork 2000i’s backrest is adjustable with 2 angle positions whereas the 1000’s backrest is non-adjustable.

If you look closely at the pictures, you’ll see that the Exerpeutic Exerwork 1000 has the addition of handlebars by the side of the seat with integrated pulse sensors – a feature the 2000i does not have.

Both the Exerpeutic Exerwork 2000i and 1000 Desk Exercise Bikes are sturdily constructed with a powder-coated heavy-duty steel frame, with the upgraded 2000i supporting a heavier user weight capacity of up to 400 lbs compared to 300 lbs on the 1000.  Both bikes feature adjustable stabilizers for leveling on uneven floors for added stability.

Both the Exerpeutic Exerwork 2000i and 1000 Desk Exercise Bikes operate smoothly and quietly thanks to their flywheel / drive system combination of precision-balanced flywheel and V-belt drive, 3-piece high-torque crank and magnetic resistance system, while the bike’s X-style frame design allows for a comfortable semi-recumbent cycling position.

For ease of portability and storage, both the Exerpeutic Exerwork 2000i and 1000 Desk Exercise Bikes feature a folding frame design and rear-mounted transport wheels.  There’s a slight difference in overall weight and dimensions between the two bikes (see comparison table below).

Exerpeutic 225SL versus 275SL Inversion Table, Comparison Review

Great value for money, the Exerpeutic 225SL and 275Sl Inversion Tables are solidly built with comfortable ergonomics for safe and secure inverting to help relieve back pain.

Using an inversion table to stretch out the back muscles can help to relieve pressure on vertebrae discs and ligaments and can also help with improving overall flexibility, increase circulation and so much more.  For a more in-depth look at how inversion tables work and the therapeutic health benefits they can offer, read my article on “Benefits of Inversion Tables for Back Pain Relief”.)

Adjustable for different user heights from 4ft 9” up to 6ft 6” tall, both the Exerpeutic 225SL and 275SL Inversion Tables are very comfortable and easy to use.  Both inversion tables feature a 1” thick soft foam backrest and come with a removable lumbar support cushion for added comfort.

The main difference between the Exerpeutic 225SL and 275SL Inversion Tables is in the type of lumbar support provided – the 225SL has a standard lumbar support cushion while the 275SL has a heat/vibration massage support with 2 massage programs and 3 vibration intensity levels.  A control panel and AC adapter is included with the 275SL to adjust/change the heat/vibration massage – just bear in mind that in order to use this feature you will need to place the inversion table near a wall/power socket.

Apart from the difference in the type of lumbar support offered and a slight difference in user weight capacity between these two inversion tables (250 lbs user weight on the 225SL versus 300 lbs user weight on the 275SL), the Exerpeutic 225SL and 275SL are both the same, offering easy inversion angle adjustments up to 265 degrees with a 3 Angle position adjustable rear cross bar (eliminates the typical strap system found on most traditional inversion tables).

Both the Exerpeutic 225SL and 275SL Inversion Tables are constructed with a double lock ratchet tooth mechanism and solid two-piece ratchet design for safe and secure inverting and both tables feature full-loop foam covered handlebars for easy return to the upright position after inverting.

For safety and comfort, both the Exerpeutic 225SL and 275SL Inversion Tables feature an easy-reach “Palm-Activated” Sure Lock adjustable ratchet ankle locking system together with AIRSOFT ankle holders which are designed to ensure NO pinching or pain on your ankles while inverting.  The cleverly-designed AIRSOFT technology allows air to flow into different chambers of the ankle holders to auto fit around your legs/ankles for a more comfortable experience while inverting.

For peace of mind, both the Exerpeutic 225SL and 275SL Inversion Tables are UL Safety Certified and come with a 1-year limited warranty.
