However, you don’t have to subscribe to the Apps if you don’t want to.  The Schwinn 130 MY20 Exercise Bike’s console itself has 13 built-in workout programs and 16 magnetic resistance levels so there’s still plenty to keep you challenged and motivated even without the Apps.

The Schwinn 130’s angle-adjustable console is straightforward and easy to use and features a large 5.5” LCD screen for easy viewing of your workout stats.  Basic data displayed includes: Time, Speed, Distance, Calories Burned, and Heart-Rate.

With the Schwinn 130 MY20’s Bluetooth connectivity, you can also use popular app-based tracking tools on your mobile device for more in-depth data and to set, track and monitor your workout progress.  There’s a handy media shelf integrated on the console to place your mobile phone/tablet and there’s also a handy water bottle holder located on the frame underneath the console so you can keep hydrated as you cycle.

The Schwinn 130 MY20 Upright Exercise Bike now offers both Telemetry and Contact Pulse Grip Heart-Rate monitoring (the previous models only offered contact pulse grip), giving you a choice of heart-rate monitoring.  You do need to supply your own chest strap as it’s not included for Telemetry heart rate monitoring.  The Contact Pulse Sensors are integrated into the bike’s handlebars.

For user comfort, the Schwinn 130 MY20 Exercise Bike’s padded handlebars are angle adjustable and the padded contoured seat is adjustable up/down to suit different rider heights.
