The Bowflex Max Trainer M3 Cardio Machine is Bowflex’s entry-level Max Trainer, offering the same high burn with its Max 14 Min Intervals but for a lower price than its other machines.

The Max Trainer is kind of a cross between an elliptical and a stair climber and like the M5 and M7, the Bowflex M3 enables you to burn up to 2.5x more calories than a standard elliptical trainer.

In addition, the Max Trainer engages more core, lower body and upper body muscles compared to a standard elliptical, yet has virtually zero impact on your joints for a more comfortable workout!

Overall, the Bowflex Max Trainer M3 is designed to produce better results in a shorter period of workout time – ideal for today’s busy lifestyles!

The Bowflex Max Trainer M3 is straightforward and easy to use.  It offers 8 resistance levels and 2 programs – Manual performance mode where you are in total control of your workout and Max 14 Min Intervals target mode that’s designed to improve your stamina, strength and endurance while giving you all the cardio benefits of a much longer workout, resulting in faster calorie burn.

The Bowflex Max Trainer M3 comes with an LCD/LED fitness monitor that shows motivating target zone and burn rate indicators.

Additional features of the Bowflex Max Trainer M3 Cardio machine include 2 user profiles, media shelf, water bottle holder and front-mounted transport wheels.

Fitness Tip:   Short bursts of intensive activity followed by longer periods of rest deliver the “afterburn” effect whereby your metabolism is increased and your body continues to burn calories for hours after your workout.

See what some customers who have bought the Bowflex Max Trainer M3 have to say about it:

C.S.:
“Only had the Bowflex Max M3 for a couple of days, but so far so good for me and my partner.  You get out of it what you put into it and it’s definitely a hard workout.  Time will tell just how good it really is.  I’m hoping to lose 7 lbs so it shouldn’t be too hard.  Although I do other activities, I was lacking the high intensity workouts – not anymore with this machine!”

B.M.:
“I was hesitant about buying the Max Trainer M3 but decided to give it a go.  It was really simple to assemble and takes up little floor space.  It’s surprisingly stable considering how light it is.  It’s not quiet but the noise doesn’t bother me, however some people may not like it.  The overall motion is not as natural as an elliptical but is more comfortable than a stepper.  The materials feel cheap and it’s a bit pricy but it does give a good workout in a short period of time so does the job.  There are 2 more expensive models but I would definitely recommend this one, I have no regrets.  Having used it for a while now, I’m actually starting to like it better than an elliptical.”

N.K.:
“I assembled the Max M3 in under an hour – it was very easy with clear to understand instructions.  I noticed in reading reviews that some people complained about the noise.  I think if you’re a large person you may get a bit of noise but nothing too much.  I’m 215 lbs and a large frame as I lift weights.  I make sure I spray lubricant on the pivot points around once a month and this machine remains pretty quiet.  This machine provides a great workout for people who don’t have a lot of time.  I’ve added this cardio workout to my weight training and it’s ideal for days I can’t go out on my bike due to the weather.  I start my day with the Max 3 and do weight lifting in the afternoons.  I burn around 175 to 225 calories in a 14 minute session with the M3.”
