Packed with features, the Bowflex PR1000 Home Gym offers plenty of variety to tone and strengthen all the major muscles of the body including your abs, chest, back, shoulders, arms, and lower body/legs.
The Bowflex PR1000 10661 MY17 Home Gym utilizes patented Power Rods to provide resistance/weight (from 5 to 210 lbs of progressive power rod resistance). This unique system feels as good as using free weights but does away with the inertia or risk of injury that is common with free weights.
Features to vary your workouts with the Bowflex PR1000 100661 MY17 Home Gym include multi-use handgrips, triple-function handgrips for lat pull-downs, a horizontal bench press (folding bench to save space when not in use), a built-in rowing station for cardio rows, and 4” upholstered roller cushions for leg extensions and leg curls.
The PR1000 is also compatible with an optional EZ curl bar (not included) that can be attached to the lat tower for additional workouts.
