The Sole SC200 Stepper is a combined elliptical/stepper machine that is designed to give a high intensity workout to burn more calories but with less impact on the knees and hips than traditional machines.

The Sole SC200 Stepper’s ergonomic pedals work in an up/down motion (instead of forward/backward like an elliptical) while the moving handlebars work like an elliptical to add an upper body workout.  The Sole SC200 also has static handlebars to hold onto if you just want to work the lower body.

The Sole SC200 Stepper utilizes a 17 lb flywheel with 20 levels of ECB (Eddy Current Brake) resistance to keep you challenged.  The ECB resistance system allows for smooth and quiet operation.

The Sole SC200 offers 10 built-in workout programs to keep your workouts varied, including programs for cardio, fat burn, hill climb, interval, strength, 2 heart-rate, 2 custom, and 1 manual program.

For the heart-rate control programs, your heart-rate can be measured via the built-in pulse sensors in the stationary handlebars or via a compatible wireless chest strap (available separately).

The Sole SC200 Stepper is sturdily constructed for long-lasting durability with powder-coated steel tubing, anodized aluminum rails to prevent rusting and rubber-grip/foam-cushioned handlebars for comfort.

The Sole SC200 Stepper is a nice compact size compared to traditional elliptical, stair climbers or treadmill machines, with a footprint of around 56” long x 18” wide making it easier to fit into smaller spaces.  It has built-in levers to ensure stability and safety on almost any floor surface and offers a generous user weight capacity of up to 350 lbs.
