The Sole E25 Elliptical Trainer features a whisper-quiet smooth and fluid front-drive system thanks to its 20 lb flywheel, high-gear ratio and ECB magnetic resistance. It operates in both forward and reverse motion, with a maximum 20” stride length.
Unlike other elliptical machines, the Sole E25 offers a Power Adjustable Incline with 1-20 levels so you can adjust the ramp angle to target more muscle groups in the lower body. This effectively offers more resistance and helps to diversify your workouts.
The Sole E25 Elliptical Trainer features dual-action handlebars – use the moving handlebars in combination with pedaling for a total body workout or hold onto the static handlebars to just work the lower body. The static handlebars feature pulse grip heart-rate monitors while the moving handlebars feature Quick Keys for changing the resistance and incline levels.
