With its longer running belt, the Nautilus T616 would be better suited to taller people as well as it being able to take more of a pounding with its more powerful motor.  Also, choose the Nautilus T616 if you’re looking for more of a challenge with its increased incline range and additional programs.  If you have more than 2 people in your household who are likely to use the treadmill on a regular basis, then the Nautilus T616 would also be a better choice for you as it allows up to 4 different user profiles as opposed to 2 on the T614.
