The Inspire Fitness Cardio Strider 3 CS3 is a recumbent elliptical for home or light-commercial use, and is similar to the machines you use at your physical therapy clinic to aid your physical movement without the risk of further injury.

The Inspire Fitness Cardio Strider 3 CS3 effectively works both the upper and lower body without the impact on your joints that typically accompanies most traditional forms of exercise.

Inspire CS3's seat

The Inspire Cardio Strider 3 has a low step-through design which makes it easy to mount and dismount the seat.  The comfortable padded ergonomic seat is easily adjustable for different user heights with its sliding seat rail lever.  The seat’s backrest also offers 3 reclining positions for additional comfort.

The Cardio Strider 3 has dual-action handlebars with the static handlebars incorporating pulse grip heart-rate sensors while the moving handlebars are height-adjustable and target the large muscles of the upper body for maximum conditioning.  In addition, the handles can be flipped to enable you to switch between chest and back exercises or biceps and triceps exercises.

The Cardio Strider 3’s pedals are designed with a unique linear path that engages all of the user’s leg muscles and glutes while greatly reducing knee sheer.  The stride length ranges between 12” to 15” based on foot position.

The Inspire Fitness CS3 offers plenty of variety and challenge to your workouts with 20 levels of electro-magnetic resistance and 10 preset workout programs.  The friction-free electro-magnetic resistance system means that the CS3 operates ultra smoothly and quietly and there are no wearing parts to worry about.

The Cardio Strider 3 comes with an easy-to-use workout computer with a large blue backlit LCD display that shows motivating workout stats as you exercise including time, RPM, Watts, distance, calories burned and heart-rate.

The CS3’s 10 preset programs consist of 6 auto-resistance (including rolling hills, plateau, mountain climb and intervals), 2 focus (including upper body and arms), and 2 heart-rate specific programs (including fat burn and cardio).  A Polar T31 heart-rate is included with this machine.
