The Vertical Spin Trainer VST is a unique spin bike that has done away with the saddle to give you a more effective standing workout that burns more calories than cycling seated.

The Vertical Spin Trainer is a kind of cross between a stepper, elliptical and cycle, offering 3 degrees of activation between a vertical and semi-horizontal position.  Level 1 offers effective cardio burn, Level 2 works the abs and core, while Level 3 concentrates more effort on the hips and thighs.

The Vertical Spin Trainer’s 3 degrees of activation coupled with its 8 levels of resistance effectively gives you 24 different workout settings.  The flywheel and resistance system operates smoothly and quietly and the resistance is adjustable via the turn-dial resistance knob so you can easily adjust the intensity of your workout.

See what other customers who have bought the Vertical Spin Trainer have to say about it:

A.M.:
“I wanted an elliptical machine but my husband preferred an upright exercise bike, so we agreed that the Vertical Spin Trainer was a good compromise for us both.  This was delivered fast and was simple to assemble.  I really like this machine.  On first using it, I used the lowest setting and could feel the burn through my legs.  I’m looking forward to continue working out on this.  This machine is ideal for those days when I can’t get outdoors.”

D.D.
“The VST is a well-made machine and gives a great workout.  This gave me a fast and thorough burn on my first workout – I went from “climbing” to “road-biking” in a 10 minute workout.  It left me feeling great cardio/aerobic results.  The Vertical Spin Trainer looks cool, was easy to assemble and works super quietly.  When I’m not using it, I just roll it right into my closet like a vacuum!”

K.R.:
“This is a great space-saving machine and gives a good workout.  I originally wanted an exercise bike but have limited space, so this is ideal for my living room.  I was surprised at the workout the VST gives – its upright design gives a much more intensive workout that I thought it would!  I find it fun to use – it’s sort of like an exercise bike and elliptical machine in 1 for twice the workout!  Love it!”

N.B.  It’s always advisable to consult your doctor or health care professional before undertaking any new exercise regime.
