The electric-powered Schwinn 810 Treadmill utilizes a 2.6 CHP motor and 2” crowned rollers to ensure smooth operation of the running belt and the deck features a SoftTrak cushioning system (3 cell) to help absorb the impact of your run, i.e. it’s easier on your ankles and joints than running on a harder surface!

Ergonomically designed, both the Bowflex LateralX L5 and L3 Machines feature Performance Suspension Pedals for user comfort.  The LateralX L5 has the advantage of an adjustable lateral range compared to the L3’s fixed lateral range.

Both of the Bowflex LateralX machines feature both moving and static handlebars but if you look at the pictures, you’ll see that there’s a difference in the design of the handlebars, with the L5 featuring 4-position dynamic handgrips compared to the L3’s 2-position dynamic handgrips

The LateralX L5’s handlebars feature multi-grip positions for different workout options.  Both the L5 and L3’s static handlebars feature integrated pulse grip heart-rate sensors (the L5 also comes with a heart-rate strap which the L3 doesn’t have) and quick-adjust buttons for changing the resistance levels of the machine.  The LateralX L5’s static handlebars also have quick-adjust buttons to adjust the lateral stride which the L3 does not have.

Both the Bowflex LateralX L5 and L3 Machines come with an easy-to-use console with Bluetooth 4.0 compatibility and both consoles feature a 7.5” blue backlit LCD screen for easy viewing of workout programs and stats.

Being the premium machine over the L3, the LateralX L5’s console allows for more user profiles (4 compared to 2), more programs (10 compared to 7) and more resistance levels (10 compared to 8).

Both the Bowflex LateralX L5 and L3 Machines feature the flagship X-Mode 16 minute interval program.  Other programs include Total Body, Stand Squat, Dual Direction, Fat Burn, Calorie Goal and a Manual option.  The L5 has additional programs such as Lateral, Thigh Toner and Quad Power, which the L3 does not have.

Besides the additional workouts options, the Bowflex LateralX App also allows you to sync your workouts, track your stats, set goals, collect awards and more.  The App workouts are powered by Bowflex Radio with a wide range of music including pop, country and rock.

Additional high-end features found on both the Bowflex LateralX L5 and L3 Machines include audio speakers to listen to your favorite music as you exercise, 3-speed cooling fan, media shelf to place your tablet/mobile phone and a handy water bottle holder.

Sturdily and durably constructed, the Bowflex LateralX L5 and L3 Machines support a high user weight capacity of up to 300 lbs (136 kg).  The machines themselves weigh around 285 lbs each and have a footprint of around 136 cm long by 117.7 cm wide by 159.8 cm high.
