See what other customers who have bought the Body Champ IT8070 Inversion Therapy Table have to say about it:
H.O.:
"Having read the reviews and the petty complaints, the fact is, you can't beat the Body Champ IT8070 for the price. It can be a little uncomfortable when you're hanging upside down if you're not wearing the correct shoes (especially if you are a bit heavy). You are hanging from your ankles people! I like the firm slim padded back, and that it is easy to adjust. BOTTOM LINE. I would recommend the Body Champ IT8070 to anyone who is looking for a sturdy and simple inversion therapy table."
H.C.:
"I bought the Body Champ IT8070 Inversion Therapy Table in December '08. After about 1 hour, it was assembled without any problems. My back was killing me when I started, and was worse when I finished the assembly. So I hopped right on and set it to about 75 degrees and I hung for as long as I could. This table does strain your heels and ankles, so I used some extra padding on the foot restraints. After a few days, with sessions up to 5 minutes, my back feels way better. I bought for the bargain table and wasn't disappointed. It works, but I recommend that you pad the foot restraints."
