Inversion therapy is very relaxing and can help to relieve back pain and improve overall posture. See what some customers who have bought the Exerpeutic 975SL All Inclusive Heavy Duty Inversion Table have to say about it:
S.F.:
"The Exerpeutic 975SL is a very sturdy and good inversion table. Took a while to set it up but it works great. My partner loves it. Worth the money.”
M.L.:
“The Exerpeutic 975SL Inversion Table is very good at relieving pain and great for stretching out your back muscles. It takes time to assemble and you may need another pair of hands to help as I found it wasn’t very easy to put together myself.”
S.E.:
“I started using the Exerpeutic 975SL Inversion Table to help relieve the back pain that I’d wake up with each morning. I use the inversion table for around just 2-4 minutes in the mornings while waiting for my coffee to brew. My back feels so much better afterwards and I also feel like I am starting to walk a little taller. It may not be noticeable to look at me, but I feel like inverting is helping with my posture as my muscles are getting stretched out.”
M.K.:
“The Exerpeutic 975SL Inversion Table has been a real god-send for me. I have two compressed vertebrae and use this table to invert just enough to take the pressure off (I don’t go to the full 180 degrees). It really helps a lot to ease the pain. I’m not a light person but have found this table to be very sturdy. It’s not a cheap inversion table, but you get what you pay for.”
A.M.:
“I purchased the Exerpeutic 975SL Inversion
Table for my partner who has been in severe pain due to slipped discs and nerve
damage. While the table is not a quick
fix, my partner has definitely noticed some improvements. The table is very good quality and incredibly
sturdy even for the larger user. My
partner weighs around 21 stone and this table holds him with ease. We would definitely recommend this inversion
table to anyone who suffers with similar issues.”
