Both the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-E3608 and SF-E3607 Elliptical Trainers feature large anti-slip foot pedals and offer 8 levels of adjustable resistance via a simple-to-use turn-dial tension knob.  Simply turn the dial clockwise to increase the intensity of your workout or turn it anti-clockwise for an easier workout.  There are no complicated programs to figure out!

The Sunny Health & Fitness SF-E3608 and SF-E3607 both come with an LCD monitor that displays your workout stats as you exercise to help keep you motivated, including time, speed, distance, odo, calories and pulse.  Your pulse heart-rate is monitored via the hand pulse grip sensors located in the elliptical trainer’s static handlebars.
