See what customers who have bought the Stamina 1402 ATS Rower have to say about it:
D.S.:
“The Stamina 1402 ATS is a great quality rowing machine. It was easy to assemble and is not as heavy as other rowing machines I have had. The cushioned padded seat really does provide comfort and gives extra support to my back. The seat never flattens or loses its shape unlike other ones I’ve had. I like the straps on the foot pedals – there’s no danger of my feel slipping out or me sliding off the rower. I can feel my whole body being toned when rowing and am getting leaner. As I row, I can feel my shoulders and back straightening so this so this is good for my back and posture too.”
B.M.:
“Great value! The Stamina 1402 ATS performs nice and smoothly. For me, the mount for the bar is in the correct position compared to other rowers I have used. I’m 5 ft 8” tall and there’s plenty of rail for me to extend my legs. I would say the wind resistance is about as strong as level 10 on a gym Concept rower. It’s not adjustable like the Concept but when I go to the gym the Concept is always set at level 10 anyway so there’s no big difference. The wind resistance is quite loud and blows a bit of air, but I like that, and the sound of the stroke is quite rhythmic. For me, I found the pedals seem to be mounted too high, so I turned them upside down and now my knees are in the perfect position. After a month after using this every day, it is still going strong, the strap hasn’t worn and the seat still slides nicely.”
