Simulate the feel of actual water rowing with the WaterRower M1 HiRise Rowing Machine’s “water flywheel”.

The WaterRower M1’s flywheel consists of 2 paddles that sit in an enclosed water tank and provides quiet, smooth and self-regulated resistance that eliminates the need for a motor.  Paddle slowly for decreased resistance or paddle faster to increase the drag for more resistance.  Movement is amazingly smooth and fluid with the WaterRower compared to most other types of rowing machines.

Built with a more modern-looking coated-tubular steel frame, the WaterRower M1 is highly durable and compliments traditional commercial fitness equipment in style.  The  frame's steel construction is easy to clean and is rust-resistant.

The WaterRower M1’s hi-rise seat makes it easy for anyone to get on and off the rowing machine.

Many rowing machines have a very low seat which some people, especially rehabbing athletes or mature users, find difficult to get on and off, whereas the WaterRower M1 offers a higher seated position that is 20” above the floor for easier access.

The seat itself sits on dual rails with 4 corner wheels for increased stability.

The WaterRower M1 requires very little maintenance compared to other rowing machines, thanks to its intelligent design and quality components.  The M1 utilizes smooth nylon strapping (instead of chains) and a pulley-free bungee cord, so there’s no oiling required as with other types of systems.  Also, because the water tank is enclosed you don’t get any build up of dust.
